We are pleased to announce the first in new series of events, Around the World with Coffee by Design! Where does coffee come from? Adults can sample and socialize while exploring the journey coffee takes to arrive in a cup. Hot chocolate sampling will be available for non-coffee drinkers. Everyone can learn about the history of coffee, see what coffee beans look like before they are roasted and hear stories about the Ethiopian beginnings of this special treat. Make a piece of coffee bean art, or just sip, explore, mingle and play at the Museum & Theatre with Coffee by Design!

Our troupe of tween and teen actors is taking on the subject of bullying in a new way. Rather than put on a play all about the bullies, we're shifting the focus to the small heroes: the kids who are making their schools a better place by being kind. The culmination of an innovative anti-bullying program, this show is drawn from real-life stories of peer support in times of need. Recommended for ages 6 and up.

The choirs have toured throughout Maine, nationally and internationally, including at the White House and with Maine State Ballet's The Nutcracker. Session 1 of 4. What's your favorite thing to do in the snow? Our youngest actors will be making a play about our favorite snowy days and you can join them! Let it snow outside, and we will use our imaginations inside with the help of The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats. This is a creative drama class focusing on confidence and cooperation: making a play together! Parents, family and friends are invited to the performance at 10:45am on February 29th.
