Programs are free with Museum admission unless specified with a $. Programs that require advance registration are marked with an R. Call 828-1234 x231 for program topics and information.All programs, activities and events are intended for all ages unless otherwise specified in the description. Our trained and prepared education staff enjoys accommodating their planned presentations to suit any age child or adult.

Early Childhood
First & third Fridays each month at about 10:30am
It's our favorite Friday! Join us for a chance to meet one of Portland's firefighters and to sit on a real fire truck! (This program is sometimes abbreviated or cancelled when the firefighters must respond to a call. We appreciate your understanding.)

Theatre Programs
Daily
Have you ever wanted to be an actor in a play? Here's your chance to be a star, wear a costume, turn on some lights, or just watch a show! We offer lively interactive performances of The Three Little Pigs and other favorite stories.
Teensy Weensy Production Class (R$)

Each month features a new four-class weekly session devoted to a different story. On the final day of class, children will put on a show for friends and family! The class was created for our youngest actors, ages 4 to 5. Cost is $60/child for members, $75/child for non-members for four sessions, or $15 to try out one class.

This is a special program for kids between the ages of 6 and 11. We'll learn improv theatre games and rehearse sketch comedy, all to put on a very fun comedy show an hour later for our museum audience! Live from the Dress Up Theatre, it's Saturday Morning! $10 per class.
