Homemade Finger Paints

Paint feels good on the fingers and the lines you can make are limitless! Try tapping, wiping, scratching, smudging... what else can you do when you turn your fingers into brushes?

Materials:

• 3 cups of water

• ½ cup of cornstarch

• tempera paint

• muffin pan

• paper

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl add ½ cup cornstarch and stir in 1 cup of water.

2. Add 2 more cups water.

3. Heat until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.

4. Pour thickened mixture into small dishes and add a few drops of tempera paint.

5. Don't forget to allow the paint to cool before you start creating!
