Traditionally ladenia is baked in a pan instead of a pizza oven. It has a thick and chewy crust that is coated with oil. Here's a version of your own to try!
3 large pitas
1 bell pepper cut in thin rings
4 tomatoes cut in thin slices
you can add ham or bacon, or asparagus and broccoli. You choose! Be creative!
grated cheese (Try a mixture of parmagiano reggiano and mozzarella or Feta: (Greek cheese)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly brush the pita with olive oil on both sides. Did you know olive oil is good for your skin!?
Sprinkle with your choice of cheese.
Layer the toppings. Make sure to cover the pita from side to side.
Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
