Membership puts you in the inner circle of what is happening at the Museum & Theatre, gives you access to our state-of-the-art building at Thompson’s Point, and supports our mission to bring playful education to all Maine families.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What will I need to purchase a gift membership?
You’ll need your recipient's name and contact information, phone, email, country, and address. If you’d like us to send the membership card directly to your recipient, we’ll need their address. We can also mail it to you for you to gift.
Will you gift wrap it for me?
Let us know in your gift message, and we'll happily wrap your membership card in a holiday or birthday card for direct delivery to the gift recipient.
What if my grandchildren, family member, or friend already has a membership?
We’re happy to look this up for you! Please contact boxoffice@kitetails.org. We are also happy to add the membership credit you purchase to a membership that’s already active. This simply gives the family an extra year of play!
Where will the membership card go?
You can choose to either deliver the membership card to yourself so you can hand-deliver it or have us mail it directly to the recipient.
What if I’m not sure if a membership is right for my friend or loved one?
We also have gift certificates that can be purchased in any amount. These can be redeemed for part or all of membership, theatre tickets, summer camps, rentals, and more.

What does a family membership include?
Free general admission for the number of people on your membership; one person named on your card must be present (timed ticketing reservations must still be used by members)
10% discount off facility rentals, camps, workshops, theatre tickets, and other add-ons
Special hours for members (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
Tickets to select theatre productions (reservations required)
